Mica roll & sheets are high-performance insulation materials widely used in various industries due to their unique combination of thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties. Made from natural muscovite, phlogopite, or synthetic mica, these sheets are processed with high-temperature-resistant resins to form rigid or flexible insulation materials. Mica sheets offer excellent electrical insulation, thermal stability, and flame retardancy, making them ideal for applications ranging from electrical appliances to industrial furnaces

Product Usage:
Mica roll & sheets have a broad range of applications across different sectors. In the electrical industry, they are used as insulating materials in capacitors, transformers, and other electrical equipment. They are also used in construction for fireproofing and as insulating layers in roofing and flooring materials. In the automotive industry, mica sheets are used for gaskets and seals, providing excellent thermal and electrical insulation. Flexible mica sheets are popular in consumer electronics for their ability to be bent and punched into various shapes. Rigid mica sheets are used in heavy industrial applications, such as petrochemical plants and glass furnaces
Product Advantages
Mica roll & sheets exhibit excellent thermal resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C in the case of synthetic mica. Their electrical insulation properties are remarkable, with a breakdown voltage typically exceeding 16KV/mm. Mica sheets are also chemically inert, resistant to acids, alkalis, and other corrosive substances. They are lightweight, with a density of around 2.2 to 2.3 g/cm³, making them suitable for applications where weight is a critical factor. Additionally, mica sheets are eco-friendly and non-toxic, making them a sustainable choice for various industries
